I have 3 hounds:
a Treeing Walker Coonhound named Dimond Willow, a Bluetick Coonhound named Molly and
a Bloodhound named Gus. Gus is my blog buddy. He is a 100 pound, 3 year old liver and tan bloodhound. Gus has various nicknames: pee-hound, slobber-hound, tweedle-dumb. As a pup he was mostly known as "Satan in a Puppy Suit."
In the last picture Gus is BEGGING: "please, please please"!! Sounded like a delicious dinner!!
Looks yummy! We all love Halibut here but Bernie and I don't usually get any :(
Oh Gus, it's just not fair that you didn't get any! You look like you are sitting just perfectly in that first picture. You should have been rewarded for that.
Yeah, I sat PERFECTLY for a total of .000003 seconds! I should have gotten some of that fish.
Booo!!!!! You should have gotten ALL the halibut. Poor deprived hound(s).
I had halibut everyday I was in AK last month...can't get it that fresh down here and I', aslways disappointed!
Gus is such a sweetie, I think I would have shared w/ him!
There is a snack we never try. Could you mail one over?
I'd be happy to send you a halibut. After a week with the US Postal Service, it would be wonderfully aromatic. Just right to take a good roll in! Rolling in dead salmon and halibut is just one of the lovely advantages of living in Alaska. It is indeed a dog's life!
